Wow.. welcome 2009.. i'm so ready for it! i can't wait for summer 09'. wow that sounds weird.. 'summer 09' i can't believe it is now 2 years ago that i left highschool! it's insane!!! wow.. i miss the good ol' school days. college life is alright now i geuss.. but i had the most fun at school. i didn't leanr anything there hahahahahahha.. it's cos i couldn't be bothered.. i was in bottom sets all the time.. but that was okay cos my best friend was in bottom set with me. we could of been clever but we just weren't bothered for all that acamdemic shit. artistic is wayyy better! (that's my opinion anyway)

I've watched loads of movies this xmas holiday.. every movie i've seen has been really good! especially Changleing.. it was kind of a depressing movie though.. i didn't understand the ending. it was a cliffhanger ending. hopefully there will be a sequel to changleing. it was a great movie. i've had a really nice xmas break & i'm going to back to college this monday... ahhh.. i really want to just stay at home & hang with my friends at Starbucks and sleeping in til 3pm. don't get me wrong though.. i love my course & make-up but je' deteste getting up in the morning! woo rockin' my french ;). i love the word Madmoiselle & Misuer (sorry if i spelt them wrong). i think they're a beautiful words. French is a beautiful language. i want to learn Spanish badly! i love that language! i love Spain to it's a really cool place. i love France to.. my good family friend lives there.. her place is amazing.. it's a farm country side she lives on & her cat called Puss Puss is gorgeous. i love cats. i think i'm going to be one of those crazy old cat woman who has loads of cats when i'm older! haha.

i still haven't seen Twilight.. this is not good!!!!!!! i'm going nuts! i HAVE TO SEE IT! i wanted to go on xmas break to see it but i've been too busy with xmas & all. looks like i'm seeing it next week. i've been watching alot Friends recently i just got into that show! haha.. i'm so late. i love it, it's so funny. my fav is Phoebe.. she's hilarious. i can sort of in a way compare her character to me cos she doesn't care about much & she doesn't take life too seriously which is like me.. haha.

One thing i always have in my bag is cherry Carmex, it's the best lip product i've ever used.. it really helps my lips.. i love the cherry smell too. yday when i was walking round in the freezing cold i didn't have my carmex!!! so now that teaches me to always bring my carmex wherever i go! it's perfect for dry lip emergencies! i love how you can feel it tingling on your lips (especially the cherry flavour one) cos you know it's working then. dry lips are going down mayteeee.. i want to try the carmex in the tube though. that looks sexy.

I got Britney's new album Circus yday! i haven't listened to it yet though.. but i can't wait to listen to it. i bet it's gonna be amazing like her last CD! her new stuff is alot better than her old stuff.. but her old stuff rocks aswell though.. good old Brit! I also bought Katy Perry's new album.. i love her songs so much! and they have meaning to them. I love her song Mannequin. it just shows how cowardly boys can be. i mean if a guy likes a girl go & talk to them & atleast act like you like them if you actually DO like them. boys are confusing. they suck. i'm so glad i got Britney's new CD though! i've wanted it for AGESSS! now if you're a 'hardcore' britney fan you know how important it is to get the new CDs! jk.

I'm going to watch a movie with my dad tonight. i don't know what yet though. i'll see what's on the movie channel. or maybe i could rent a film. decisions.. decisions.. I'm a hugeee fan of perfumes. i got the Vera Wang Princess perfume for xmas.. i love it.. the smell doesn't stay on for long though! i really badly want the Chanel no.5!!!! it smells so amazingly gorgeous! & the smell lasts for ages! i love how the bottle looks too. coco madmoiselle smells great too & so dose Chanel chance.. i'll aks for no.5 for my bday.. i love it. the things i need to buy are.. i actually have a long list but i'll put a few things up, purely cos i like the pictures.. yessss i love Jack's mannequin.. they rule. .. basically tonnes of dvd & cd's. I'm getting a new phone in feb! can't wait! my bday month! i'm gonna get the Blackberry Curve. i can't tell you how long i've wanted that phone for!!

I hope you all had a wonderful christmas.. i know i did! I got alot of wonderful presents! I ate too much yesterday I felt so full up, I'm really not used to eating that much.. but hey, it's xmas! I love xmas time, it's my fav time of the year, & no not only cos of the presents but because of the food & the atmosphere & loads of great movies on tv to watch. right now i'm watching the railway children.. anyone seen it? I used to love that movie when I was younger! I've seen it too many times. I'm waiting for one tree hill to start. My fav character in one tree hill is Brooke.. I think she's great. me & my friend watched the movie called The Hitcher. It's a horror & kind of disturbing, it was a good film though. Brooke from one tree hill stars in it too. I finally got the sex & the city movie for xmas! I've been meaning to get it for ages but I thought I might get it for xmas. I'll watch it later. I got my parents & brother some xmas presents they loved what they got. I got my mum this make-up called Lemon-aid from Benefit cosmetics. I got my brother a Paramore CD, the RIOT! one, he was so happy.. we're both hugeeee fans of Paramore! & I got my dad a massive chocolate.

Later on some family friends are coming for a boxing day buffet.. more food ahhh. I always tell myself every xmas not to over eat but i do!! it's so annoying.. but hell, i don't care. i'm going to help my mum set out all the food for the geusts. she bought a WHOLE salmon! I LOVE salmon soo much, I love all seafood. I'm so interested in the ocean & all the seafood you can eat. The food my mum got looks so nice, I can't wait to eat it. I like boxing day cos it's still xmas & it still feels like xmas. Next year I hope we can have a white or pink xmas tree.. hey look so nice. every year I have a green one.

January sales have started. I can't be bothered to go to all these sales cos they'll be packed with people & it will be impossible to look around for anything cheap that looks good. So i'll just wait until the madness of the sales die down. The sun is shining in London today, I wish it would rain, I love the rain.. It seems like everyone hates the rain.. I don't know why. It hasn't snowed this xmas, it never does on xmas here. instead it snowed in october i don't know what that was all about haha. It's also beginning to get quite warm here. Last week it was 13 degrees. Not how I like the xmas weather to be like. I can't wait for new years eve! I'm going to see mamma mia the musical live with my friends! I don't understand why people get drunk on new years eve.. I hate drinking.. alchohol tastes like poison. I do enjoy an odd glass of wine though. I like some champagne cos it tastes kind of like lemonade.

I've missed so many episodes of one tree hill, I'm so pissed off. I've been too busy with college & other things. I'll have to get the box set! I love the theme song for one tree hill.. You know the beginning where it starts? What's the song called? & what's the artist called?

i duno if i have already mentioned this in another blog of mine on buzznet but les miserables was fantastic!! i got to go backstage & see the make-up artists at work! it was a great experience for me! i saw the actors clothes aswell!

xmas is around the corner & i haven't even done my xmas shopping! terrible of me! tbh i just can't be bothered to go out in this cold weather.. it's practically torture! 

tonight i am going out to eat & maybe to the cinema.. there's not much out that i want to see though. i want to see Twighlight or how you spell it. but that's out on the 19th december.. but it's too close to xmas so i'll see it in jan sometime. & on sunday i'm going out to eat again hahah. i love eating out. but it's so unhealthy though.. but i love people watching. i need to get a new coat. this time i'm going to get a proper THICK coat.. it's too cold to ghet any other coat. i reckon it's gona snow in jan. wait.. it already has! & it probs will again! my friend told me it's gona be the coldest winter here in England since 15 years? oh no... time to get the hot water bottle & hot chocolate at the ready! i think that's the best thing about winter. hot water bottles. i saw a leopard print one! can you beleieve that?! i've never seen a leopard hot water bottle! i'm so gonna get that hahahah. i LOVE LOVE leopard print. i'm also a big fan of stripes.

Longish time since i updated. Loads of stuff to say.. But i've forgotten most of the stuff i've done the past couple weeks eeek!

Last tuesday my grandparents came from Norway... i was so excited to see them again, mind you it wasn't that long since i last saw them. i last saw them in june which was a few months ago. Yesterday i went to this Norwegian Christmas fayre thing, it's something me & my mum go to ever year in November.. i love it. it's so christmassy in there. Nothing beats their warm Glogg & their hot dogs! This coming wednesday i'm going to see the musical Les Miserables, me & my mum got backstage passes! i can't wait to see all the make-up artists doing theatrical make-up on the actors, it's gonna be so fun. Talking about make-up, my course is going great! i have to do a 5 minute presentation which i'm not looking forward to as i hate talking in front of a bunch of people. the weird thing is though... i don't mind singing in front of loads of people but i hate talking in front of them! weird eh?! usually people dread singing infront of big crowds. don't get me wrong though, i think i would get stage fright if i sang in front of loads of people!

Today i'm meeting my friend & we're gonna go to Starbuxs or the cinema.. i don't know what yet... i want to see the new movie called 'Four Christmases' (idk if i've spelt christmases right but whatev.) that's not possible to watch today though cos it's out on the 26th of nov, long'TING' hahaha. we'll probably watch Max Payne or something haha.. it sounds good. i want to get the Gossip Girl box set & some american apparel leggings. they're the 2 top thing i need & want. i'm going to make a xmas list below. this is what i would like for xmas:

-I love love love sleeping.. i am the hardest person to wake up. Once i was sleeping & my friend was nudging me to wake up & i didn't... then my mum had to come in & wake me.. still i didn't wake up.. I'm also a very very heavy sleeper.. i slept through an earthquake and storm once.. not good.

-I can't wait til i am 21 cos then i can get my car!

-I am a movie addict. My favourite movies are The Sex & the City movie, Disturbia & knocked up. My favourite Disney movie is Snow White.. i used to be petrified of the witch in that film! One of my other fav disney films is Sleeping Beauty.. i loved the little fairies in that film!

-The first thing i notice in a guy is their eyes.

-I am not skinny nor am i fat. i am a healthy looking weight. i really want a flat belly! i am working on that.

-My one & only pasion is singing.. i sing everyday to train my voice.. hopefully it's not wearing it out.. i want to take singing lessons.

-My favourite high street store is American Apparel.. No not Topshop.. Topshop is okay though.

Tonight i am going out for dinner with my friend. i'm really hungry. i'll probably get the usual which is burger n chips. cos i'm going to a pub & that's typical pub lunch here in the uk. but it's not just any old pub it's so beautiful there, really relaxing & peaceful. at night time all the lights light up around the pub & there's a river there with lights around it.

It's finally Halloween tomorrow! i'm quite excited tbh. i'm having a few friends over & we're gonna eat takeaway & halloween cupcakes & watch some horror movies. & maybe even a halloween cake?!?! that would be quite cool.

 i was on the train a few days back & this old lady was wearing a halloween knitted cardigan with pumpkins, ghosts & bats.. how cute!!! she must be really excited about tomorrow lol, bless her. you know Costco? that wholsesale store? i'm going there tomorrow.. i hope they do good halloween cakes for the party tomorrow. they always have traditional cakes so why not for halloween? isn't it funny when someone says halloween you automatically think of a pumpkin? hahaha.

i really feel like some chinese food or sushi. i haven't had it in ages. i feel like some spring rolls too. not the veggie ones thoug.. the meat ones!

on thursday night me & my dad went out to dinner, we went to pizza express.. they do the best pizzas ever there! wayyy better than pizza hut! i don't like pizza hut that much.. their pizzas are artificial & it's scheese doesn't taste like cheese & it's too fatty. yesterday night my friend came round to my house & we got a takeaway. we got fried chicken & chips... not the healthiest of meals but once in a blue moon i eat fried chicken. it wasn't kfc though.. i hate kfc! i have a love for popcorn chicken though.

i saw House Bunny it was good, quite funny too. i suggest you go see it if you like chick flicks. i have a week off next week which is good, which means no college on Halloween! i'm so used to going to college on Halloween. as i said i might be going to a theme park on Halloween i love how they make the them parks all Halloween themed. i'm not going to dress up much though if i go, people will look at me as if i'm a mad woman! haha. i'm going to do spooky make-up on myself though. something like this..

College is going great. we did Halloween make-up last monday.. it was so much fun!

I probably won't post a journal on Halloween so if i don't HAPPY HALLOWEEN FOR THE 31ST! I hope everyone has a ball!! haha.

all my songs on my ipod have dissappeard cos it got locked & then to unlock it i had to sync it & that meant i had to delete all of my precious songs. i'm so annoyed. now i have to sit down for ages & download each & every song i had.. & some songs i can't even remember i had! i hate it when stuff like this happenes.. it's happened before. grrrr. later today i'm going out for dinner so i guess that will make me feel better. i haven't had pub lunch in years.. i remember the last time i had it & gosh was it good. but it's not lunch time now it 4.44pm :/. time has gona fairly quick today. i think 2009 is gonna race past cos i love how my life is right now. when life isn't all that good then times goes by so slowly like you're watching paint dry. i applied for a job at my brother's work but at a different branch, (t's the same store but a different branch).. they haven't got back to me yet.. so i geuss i don't have the job as a xmas temp.. i really wanted that job aswell. i would of thought i'd have more chance of getting the job seeing as my brother works there but maybe not. i think it's cos of this credit crunch thing that's going on? or maybe it's my age.. not many kid at 17 get jobs it's usually when they turn 18. i turn 18 next february! i can't wait.. maybe there's more chance then, but if this credit crunch is still going round then perhaps not. why does stuff like credit crunch have to happen..

it's really nice day here in london.. quite strange tbh haha. it's been raining quite alot recently but today there's blue skies & not a cloud in sight & it's 18 degrees! i don't think it's been this warm in october for ages. i am revising for my theory test which i am having soon.. hopefully this month or next month. i'm quite nervous, the questions have gone up to 50! & i'm so bad at tests & exams so i don't know what to do!! it used to be 35 questions? why can't i of been born earlier! haha. i won't be getting a car until i'm 21 cos my parents think it's stupid if i got one now at just 17 years old. they still classify 17 year olds as 'kids'. & they're worried i will crash or something. my dream car is a silver clio ;) or a mercedies with the flat back

college is going great! it's the best course i've ever done.. obviously.. since i want to be a make-up artist. i have now been studying media make-up for exactly 1 month! times going so fast.. it feels like i've only been at college this year for a few days!

i love how you can blend lipsticks in with darker lip pencils& then use a lighter lipstick to blend & get an affect like that. & woah look at that eye make-up! one day i hope to be able to develope the skill to do that. i love how dark that blusher is too.. i don't think i've ever seen such a unique blusher like that! & the colour contrast on the eyes are phenominal.

just incase the people in my top friends are wondering why they are in my top friends, it's because buzznet just made them my top friends. yes i know how to choose my top friends but i can't right now cos hardly none of my friends have a buzznet account. i would take this top friend thing off but i don't know how to.. if you know, let me know please! just thought i'd tell you incase you're wondering "why the heck am in this girls top friends, i don't even know her"! haha.

Anyway. i've started the media make-up course at college & i love it so much!! it's the best thing i've ever done! i'm so glad that i don't have to go to that other college that i went to last year.. that was a hellhole on earth! i'll tell you what i do in the make-up course i'm doing now. this week we've been taught how to do facials (make-up artists need to know how to do facials aswell, because of skin care etc..) & we did some egyptian themed make-up on each other. i messed up the make-up a bit though, cos i was so nervous cos it was my first lesson haha. i''ll do better next time though. i still go to college three times a wek which i'm happy about, so i get 2 days off.. woooop! i have to go to college on a friday though which was annoying at first cos i'm not used to going on a friday but i don't mind cos i love the course i'm doing now! i'm looking forward to tomorrow. oh yeah & in a few weeks we're gonna get real clients! eeek.. i'm so nervous! i hope they're happy with what i do.

this week i haven't done much. i went to my friend's house for a chinese takeaway & it tasted great! i had sweet n sour chicken with bean sprout noodles, the best chinese food ever! i haven't tried any other chinese food apart from sweet n sour chicken so maybe it's not thee best.. i'd love to try more of their food though, it looks delicious. today i'm going out with my friend we're going to this shopping centre that we always go to.. i used to go there ALL THE TIME last year, how lame. they have this new fat free ice cream shop there called Berryo, it looks so nice! i shall tell you the aftermath of the taste when i get back ;) haha. i don't know what i'm eating for dinner, my mum's making salmon at home but then again i want to go out & eat. but salmon is so nice. anyway enough talk about food haha.

Funeral for a friend are playing in london!!!!! i'm so excited, i think i might go & see them live if i get tickets in time! i need to get them soon though.... time's running out! they're one of my favourite bands. such a talented group of musicians that make incredible music.

haha.. do you know what i don't think anyone reads my blogs? but i don't care i'll still write them cos i love writing journals. it's memories for me to go back & rad & look at pictures... anyway isn't that what journal writing is for?

since comeing back from mexico there's been some boring times. i'm glad i've seen my friends again! that's great. i miss mexico a hell of alot. i was bored today so i made choclate chip cupcakes.. the icing went wrong.. well i don't know if i can call it 'icing' it was more runny. i wanted to make this really nice professional icing but i put too much milk in when the recipe said to put 2 tbsps in... but as usual i go ahead & do things my way ahah.. so stupid. oh well they still tastes good.. my dad like them atleast. me and my dad are going for a walk later & stop of for a drink. i love going out with my dad. last week i went to starbucks, i hadn't had a starbucks in weeks since i've been on holiday! so it was good to have a good old java chip choc frappucino!

also last week me & my friend went to an old place in london... i didn't like it that much. it was historical but that's what is good and interesting about it. my friend liked it though. we went there cos my friend's favourite band are from there so she wanted to see what it was like there. what i found cool was that there was this tiny tiny door! i wonder how people get through it. apparently in old days people were really short. it was rining when we went there.. it's gonna rain all week. i'm having an operation on wednesday, i'm nervous. it's for my nose. i have a crookid bone in my nose which stops me breathing through it well. & my nose is always stuffy. it pisses me off so much. atleast it will be sorted by wednesday night. the good thing about the hospital i'm going to is that i get free food & i get my own unsuit bathroom & my own room! i'm excited about eating the food there cos it's so nice. a few years go i had an operation to sort my nose out too, but my nose is still bothering me so i have to go back... ahhhhhhhhh. there's some songs that are so good that it gives me goosebumps whenever i listen to them. it's the lyrics & melody that gives me goosebumps. are there any songs that give you goosebumps? i really want a nintendo ds! & the game cooking mama. i'm also a big fan of driving games! but there's only one driving game they have for the nintendo ds so that's really annoying. i'd like this nintendo ds...

i think the driving game that i want is called mario racers. there's so much stuff i want ahhhhhh. i need to find a part time job! i can't wait to start the make up course i'm starting!
